We’re partnering with Customers Bank - a $25 billion-asset US bank with a Net Promoter Score nearly double the industry average - to deploy ElevenAgents across their customer and employee operations. Customers Bank is known for its Single Point of Contact model, where every client has a dedicated banker who knows their business. As customer expectations shift toward conversational, always-on support, they chose ElevenAgents to extend that model into support channels without compromising the experience quality that earned that loyalty. Over the coming months, Customers Bank will roll out a series of AI agents, including: - A 24/7 voice and chat support agent for account inquiries, card services, and transfers across phone, web, and mobile - An onboarding agent that guides new customers through account setup - A real-time coaching agent that assists contact center staff during live calls Customers will get faster answers, shorter hold times, and access to the same quality of service at 10pm as at 10am. Every agent will be built with human escalation paths, ensuring a person is always one step away when the conversation calls for it. Together, we plan to expand the partnership into additional banking workflows over time.

We’re partnering with Turn.io to help expand access to voice-enabled health information on WhatsApp. Through the Health & AI Accelerator, 10 nonprofits will be supported to build and deploy voice-enabled services using ElevenLabs - making it easier for patients to access health information, navigate care, and stay connected, especially in low-literacy and multilingual settings. Selected participants will receive access to the Turn.io platform, along with $250K in shared ElevenLabs credits and hands-on technical guidance to help design and launch real-world solutions at scale. Nonprofit applicants not selected for the cohort will also be invited to join our Impact Program, with access to free ElevenLabs credits.
We are excited to announce that applications are open for the Chat for Health Accelerator 2026: Scaling AI and Voice for Primary Healthcare. 739 million adults worldwide cannot read or write. Literacy barriers, language diversity, and limited digital skills have historically kept large portions of the population from accessing digital health services. Two-way voice AI changes that - allowing patients to interact with health services through natural speech, in their own language, on WhatsApp. Our 2025 Chat for Health & AI Accelerator cohort showed what becomes possible when healthcare organisations are given the right tools. MDaaS Global increased patient follow-up rates sixfold. doctHERs reduced admin workload by 35% while onboarding 10,000 users in a single month. Cliniva shifted over 80% of consultations to WhatsApp. Cuéntame doubled onboarding completion rates. OneDay Health secured a randomised controlled trial with the London School of Economics. The 2026 programme goes further. We are looking for ten primary healthcare organisations already delivering care at scale across the Global South - organisations ready to build, test, and launch live AI-enabled chat and voice services on WhatsApp. The programme runs from July to December 2026 and is supported by Endless Health, ElevenLabs, and Anthropic. The total programme value across the cohort is up to USD 750,000. Applications close 31 May 2026. Razorpay, one of India's largest payments platforms serving millions of merchants, is scaling outbound engagement with ElevenAgents. Reaching merchants at the right moment - to recover churned accounts, drive feature adoption, or communicate during incidents - is hard to do consistently at scale. To solve this, Razorpay deployed voice agents in Hinglish that proactively call merchants and capture structured insights from every conversation, turning manual outreach into a scalable, repeatable process. ElevenLabs can now be deployed on-premise and on-device. This expands our deployment options beyond cloud and VPC, to cover the full range of enterprise environments. On-Premise runs on your own servers, in your own data center, on Confidential Computing infrastructure with GPUs. This is best suited to government agencies and organizations that cannot procure cloud infrastructure in their required region. On-Device runs directly on the hardware itself and is built for offline inference on constrained compute. This is best suited for cases that require offline inference, such as embedding voice into vehicles or wearables. For organizations that need their data to remain inside their own cloud environment, we offer VPC deployments on AWS SageMaker and GCP Vertex. Our models run in your cloud account and we cannot access your data or logs. This is best suited to organizations with data residency requirements that are hard to meet with SaaS. On-Premise and On-Device are in early access, with initial releases expected in the first half of 2026. VPC deployments are available now.
