The Lee Construction Group, Inc. traces its roots back to back to 1939, evolving from a highly skilled father and son team, who built and restored fine and historic homes across Central Virginia under the name R. E. Lee & Son, Inc., to a group of independent businesses engaged in the commercial building construction industry. Our businesses provide the full life cycle of building services. Our independent businesses are organized as a Prime Group and a Trade Group. The Prime Group (Piedmont Development Group, Lee Building Company, Lee Town & Country Homes, and Piedmont Facilities Management) all serve building owners and developers directly. The Trade Group (Piedmont Concrete Contractors, Piedmont Plaster & Drywall, and Piedmont Waterproofing Contractors) serves general contractors and construction managers. The Prime Group provides a full life cycle of services to real estate developers and building owners from concept to construction to operation. We can provide any portion of our services or the full suite of services to meet your needs. By serving clients, Lee Construction Group builds relationships that last and serves our clients’ best interest. The Trade Group provides first class service to regional construction managers on institutional projects. PCC and PPD are often selected because the success of the project is dependent on the capability of the trades actually building the project. By serving clients, the Trade Group performs almost all of their work for repeat clients who value our high standard in construction services. The Lee Construction Group umbrella allows each business to stand independently while also providing them with the resources of a larger organization. Jordan Company co-chaired the Foundations for the Future Steering Committee for the Associated General Contractors of Virginia.
