To see a list of dashboards, you would navigate to the dashboard library page.

Creating a dashboard

To create a dashboard:

  1. Navigate to the dashboard library page
  2. Click Create dashboard on the top-right of the page
  3. Select a starter template to use
  4. Click Select at the bottom-right of the popup
  5. Fill out all information for the dashboard (this will vary based off what you are making a report for)
  6. Click the Publish changes link at the top-right of the page

Editing a dashboard

To edit a dashboard:

  1. Navigate to the dashboard library page
  2. Locate the dashboard you wish to edit and click its name
  3. Click Edit at the top of the page
  4. Make the changes you wish to make
  5. Click the down carrot to the right of Shared at the top-right of the page
  6. Click Publish

Cloning a dashboard

To clone a dashboard:

  1. Navigate to the dashboard library page
  2. Locate the dashboard you wish to clone and click the three vertical dots to the right of it
  3. Click Clone
  4. Enter the new name for the dashboard
  5. Click the checkbox if you wish to also clone the reports (optional)
  6. Click the checkbox if you wish to also clone the datasets (optional)
  7. Click Clone

Sharing a dashboard

To share a dashboard:

  1. Navigate to the dashboard library page
  2. Locate the dashboard you wish to share and click the three vertical dots to the right of it
  3. Click Share
  4. Click the checkboxes to the left of the group(s) or person(s) you wish to share it with
  5. Click Update

Deleting a dashboard

To delete a dashboard:

  1. Navigate to the dashboard library page
  2. Locate the dashboard you wish to delete and click the three vertical dots to the right of it
  3. Click Delete
  4. Click Yes, delete to confirm the deletion
