Note
- All actions detailed on this page require at least light agent access to Zendesk analytics
Seeing a list of reports
To see a list of reports, you would navigate to the reports library page.
Creating a report
Note
- This requires write access to Zendesk analytics
To create a report:
- Navigate to the reports library page
- Click
New reporton the top-right of the page - Select the dataset you wish to use
- Click
Start reportat the bottom-right of the page - Fill out all information for the report (this will vary based off what you are making a report for)
- Click
Saveat the top-right of the page
Editing a report
Note
- This requires either
Administratorpermissions or ownership of the report in question
To edit a report:
- Navigate to the reports library page
- Locate the report you wish to edit and click its name
- Make the changes you wish to make
- Click

Cloning a report
Note
- This requires write access to Zendesk analytics
To clone a report:
- Navigate to the reports library page
- Locate the report you wish to edit and click the three vertical dots to the right of it
- Click
Clone - Enter the new name to use for the clone
- Select which dataset for the cloned report to use
- Click
Cloneat the bottom-right of the popup
Deleting a report
Danger
- This action is permanent and cannot be undone
Note
- This requires either
Administratorpermissions or ownership of the report in question
To delete a report:
- Navigate to the reports library page
- Locate the report you wish to delete and click the three vertical dots to the right of it
- Click
Delete - Click
Yes, deleteto confirm the deletion
