m:Global_renamers/FAQ#How_to_handle_multiple_rename_requests says where a user needs to be renamed again because their first rename ended up with a username block, or where it's clear that the user made a typo in their initial request. There will also be cases where the user, for example, pleads for a re-rename saying that they really don't like their current username. In that case, notify them that this will (likely) be the last time we change the username. and you were last renamed on January 3 and then on 30 December before that. Pretty much all of your rename reasons have been "more interesting" or "great choice" or "would appreciate" or "interested in having"—none of which are very compelling reasons for a rename history that's this long. I see no good reason in your current request either. The global rename policy disallows "frivolous, repeated, or inappropriate requests". Seeing such a long history of rename requests, particularly five in the past year alone (none of which were for compelling reasons that would justify having so many renames), makes me feel the "frivolous" line has long been crossed. We typically asks users to wait at least six months between renames, but this is not a rule: the quote HurricaneZeta mentioned above is a guideline and not policy; there are situations where we may allow renames sooner, and situations where we may not allow renames even if it's well past the six-month mark. To me, I don't see a need to accept another rename request even if you waited twelve months. You will find it more rewarding to find an encyclopedia-building task that interests you, rather than asking for all these username changes. If you have a rational, compelling argument about why you should be granted more renames, you can drop me a line.
