Finance is a powerful lever to accelerate sustainable transition worldwide. We recently acted as Exclusive Financial Advisor to Patria Investments and Ashmore, on the sale of Puerta de Oro, Colombia’s largest solar plant (360 MWp), to ISAGEN S.A, a Brookfield Renewable N.A. backed company. This transaction highlights our ability to demonstrate our global expertise on M&A and renewable energy market at the local scale in Colombia, where Puerta de Oro activities power more than 390,000 homes annually. As a long-term partner in the energy transition, we support projects that align with Colombia’s goal of a 51% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2030. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2026, subject to customary approvals.

How can our international network support Italian businesses as they pursue growth in the United States?
