  • Setting up a Karachi HQ usually means months of build-out before anyone can sit down to work. It does not have to. At Kickstart, you move into a headquarters that is already yours. Private and access-controlled, with a dedicated reception and your branding from the front desk to the meeting room walls. Enterprise-grade IT built to your team’s standards, a layout fitted around how you actually work, and the local regulatory side handled end to end, so your legal and admin teams have one less thing to manage in a new city. Private, branded, and fully managed, for teams of up to 100. If you are planning an HQ in Karachi, talk to our enterprise team. WhatsApp +92 333 0425270 · https://lnkd.in/dhQXGwU2 #RoomForMore

  • Say hello to Mujtaba Javed, our Finance Manager. Mujtaba chose Chartered Accountancy, and his articles gave him a close look at how differently businesses work, from manufacturing to textiles to trading. Auditing taught him a lot, but he knew he wanted to be on the side that actually runs the finance function. Kickstart gave him that chance. He started out as outsourced support, taking care of taxation, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations, and helping with the move from one system to another. As the work grew, so did his role, from Assistant Finance Controller to Finance Manager. Today he leads the team that looks after receivables, payables, reconciliation, reporting, tax filing, and internal audit. “Steady effort beats rushing. I try to stay consistent, keep learning, and give things the time they need.” We’re proud to have you on the team, Mujtaba. #RoomForMore

𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲: I’m Ahsan Arif, Founder & CEO of NODE, a young entrepreneur and a former student, so finding a good work environment within my budget really mattered. I randomly called Kickstart and Faiz picked up, suggested a shared workspace, and convinced me to visit. There I met Muhammad Arbaz, who showed me around, and I genuinely liked the location and environment. Budget was still my main concern, but Faiz understood that, valued me as a customer, and helped me throughout the entire process. Even after onboarding, he’s always there whenever I need guidance. Arbaz and Rahul have also been incredibly supportive and helpful. 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. If anyone is looking for a workspace with a great environment and supportive people, I’d definitely recommend reaching out to Kickstart

  • In part 2 of our 9th Avenue walkthrough, we talk about how the building was reworked for today. It is insulated against heat and noise. It runs on solar and it's filled with daylight. And the double-height spaces give a real sense of openness and scale to the people who work in it!

  • Sold. Shipped. Now get paid. That last part is the one marketplace sellers rarely talk about openly, and it's exactly what The Payout Room is for. We're opening our doors at Kickstart Shahrah-e-Faisal VFT, Karachi, for an evening hosted by Sunrate, built for the e-commerce businesses and marketplace sellers scaling across borders. If you are growing on Amazon or other global marketplaces, this is a room worth being in. Seats are limited. Book yours here: https://lnkd.in/dRPD6hxF Open to our Kickstart community and sellers from across the city. 📍 Kickstart, Shahrah-e-Faisal VFT, Karachi 📅 Thursday, 8 October 🕐 6 to 8 PM #RoomForMore

  • There is something powerful about a room that comes together simply to talk, and to listen. We were glad to host Listening Room 3.0 at Kickstart, in collaboration with Pakistan Design Week. It brought together designers and creatives from across the community for an open, thoughtful conversation, the kind where everyone leaves with something new to think about. Thank you to Pakistan Design Week for partnering with us, and to everyone who joined and made the discussion what it was!

  • Worth Slowing Down For #2 Inside the making of 9th Avenue Last time we talked about the brick. Now, look at the glass. 9th Avenue is wrapped in it. Floor-to-ceiling, light pouring in from every side. But all that glass raises an obvious question in a city like Islamabad: how do you keep a building like this cool and comfortable? Part of the answer is in a detail you would never notice by looking. It is low-e glass. Low-e, short for low-emissivity, is glass with an almost invisible coating that reflects heat while letting light through. So in summer, it turns away the sun's heat before it can build up inside. In winter, it holds the warmth in. All without tinting the space dark or trading away the daylight that makes it feel open. It is the same goal as the brick, approached from the other direction. One holds comfort through mass, the other through light. Together they keep 9th Avenue bright, comfortable, and more energy efficient. #RoomForMore
