Congratulations to Britta Kroupa, SHRM-SCP on this recognition! Her leadership and focus on growth and transformation are making a positive impact across the staffing industry.

I'm incredibly honoured to be recognized on Staffing Industry Analysts' 2026 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list, alongside so many accomplished women shaping the future of our industry. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of leading businesses, driving transformation, and working with some truly exceptional people. My experience on the client side, both in commercial leadership and HR, has given me a deep appreciation for the challenges organizations face in attracting, developing and retaining talent, and the important role our industry plays in helping them succeed. One belief has remained constant throughout my career: the success of any business ultimately comes down to its people. I've always been passionate about developing leaders, creating opportunities for others to grow, and helping people realize their potential. It's what inspired me to invest in my own development as an executive coach, and it continues to shape how I lead today. As I take on this next chapter with Adecco Canada and LHH Recruitment Solutions North America, I'm excited to bring these experiences together to help our clients navigate an evolving world of work. I've been fortunate to work for some truly exceptional leaders throughout my career. Their belief in me, the opportunities they gave me, and the lessons they shared have shaped not only my career, but the leader I've become. To those leaders, and to the incredible colleagues and teams I've worked alongside, thank you. Thank you to Staffing Industry Analysts for this recognition, and congratulations to all the remarkable women recognized this year! https://lnkd.in/gpAT7wiC

On Thursday, 17 September 2026, ET Edge - The Times Group, in partnership with LHH, brought together a distinguished group of senior business leaders in Bengaluru for The AI Enterprise Reset, an exclusive executive roundtable exploring how organisations can rethink work, talent and operating models in an AI-driven world. The event featured John Morgan, President, LHH; Stuti Bajaj, Global Senior Vice President & Head of HR | LHH CTM & LD; and Viraj Kocharekar, VP & Country Manager, LHH India, alongside a distinguished group of senior business leaders. The discussion went beyond AI adoption. It focused on the harder question underneath it: work is being redesigned faster than most organisations can redesign their talent strategies, career paths and operating models around it. The closed-door format allowed for candour: leaders comparing how they are redesigning roles, rebuilding capability and protecting institutional knowledge while the technology keeps moving. Across every conversation, one conviction held — AI raises the premium on the human, it does not lower it.

#LHHRecruitmentSolutions #CFO #LiderazgoFinanciero
