As B Corp Month draws to a close, it’s a moment to reflect on the growing global movement of businesses using their work as a force for good and the role we each play in driving positive change. On the final day of March, we’re proud to share our latest Impact Report, reflecting on a year of progress and the steps we’re taking to embed impact more deeply across our work as a B Corp. Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education Impact Report 2025/26 We’re pleased to share our latest Impact Report, highlighting the progress we’ve made over the past year in delivering executive education that creates meaningful impact for individuals, organisations and society. This year, we have: - Delivered 759 programme days of learning. - Appointed two dedicated B Corp Champions to drive coordination, accountability, and delivery of our B Corp commitments. - Launched a regenerative business podcast to share ideas and support leaders tackling sustainability and societal challenges. - Delivered a year-round programme of wellbeing and inclusion initiatives, including 11 staff social events. - Strengthened our approach to measuring and managing impact. - Improved carbon efficiency, reducing average emissions per trip by ~25% despite increased activity. - Continued to embed B Corp principles across our programmes and operations. The report reflects the work of colleagues across the organisation, as well as the partnerships and programmes that are helping to drive positive change. As we transition to the new B Corp standards, we remain focused on building on this progress and continuing to evolve how we deliver impact through executive education. 🔗 Read the full report here: https://lnkd.in/eVZuQf-9

About us
Executive Education at Cambridge Judge Business School offers a wide range of open enrolment and customised programmes, created with one thing in mind: to create real-world impact. We work with every attendee, partner and client organisation at a deep level, identifying important problems and questions, challenging and coaching people to find answers, and create new knowledge. We bring to the table cutting-edge frameworks and leadership theories – our 55-strong faculty is world-class. But unlike other business schools, we take pride in using these academic frameworks to inform the process, not the final output. We want every attendee to find solutions that suit them and their context, and such outcomes are found through collaboration, not in textbooks. We apply the highest standards of the university’s academic rigour to the entirety of our offering, and are likewise able to call upon the resources of one of the world’s leading centres of learning. We make no apologies that the Cambridge Experience is a challenging one, but no one said realising your ambition was supposed to be easy…

New podcast episode - now live! In our latest episode of Rethinking AI, Jaideep Prabhu speaks with Firas Ben Hassan, Head of Agentic AI Solutions Hub at Allianz Technology, about a powerful idea: Frugal AI. At a time when the narrative is dominated by ever-larger models, trillion-parameter systems, and escalating compute costs, Firas makes a compelling case for something different: using less computing power, focusing AI use only where it truly adds value, designing for explainability and regulation from day one, and keeping humans meaningfully in the loop This episode delves into: - Why “bigger isn’t always better” in financial services - The three levels of agentic AI autonomy - How regulation can enable responsible innovation - Why culture, not technology, is the biggest barrier to frugal AI If you're working with AI within a large organisation, this conversation will challenge how you think about scale, cost, and responsibility. I was at Cambridge Judge Business School this week to start the Board Director Programme. For me, being an effective non-executive director means bringing best-in-class approaches to governance, business strategy and board effectiveness to the board room. It was great to spend so much time in and out of the class with my high-calibre peers whose professional experiences span the globe and industries. Together with professors who shared their latest research, challenged our assumptions, and were just as keen to exchange ideas with us as we were with them, Cambridge offers the learning environment I have been looking for. A brilliant start to what will be a transformative four months! Last Thursday, we were delighted to welcome the B Corp community to Cambridge Judge Business School for Signals for Sustainable Growth during B Corp Month. As a certified B Corp, Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education is committed to embedding purpose alongside performance, supporting leaders in creating long-term value for business, society and the planet. This event, delivered in partnership with the Cambridgeshire B Local community, brought together leaders and practitioners to explore how organisations can move from ambition to actionable, measurable impact. We were delighted to open with a thought-provoking keynote from Professor Matthew Grimes, challenging us to reimagine entrepreneurship through the lens of sustainable futures. This was followed by an engaging panel discussion featuring: 🔹Helen Newman (Bidwells) 🔹Tom Ebbutt (B Lab) 🔹David Sales (First Ascent Group) Together, they shared practical, cross-sector perspectives on operationalising impact, strengthening accountability, and scaling purpose-driven growth. Thank you to our speakers and to everyone who joined us for such a rich and purposeful conversation. Moments like this reinforce what it means to be part of the B Corp community using business as a force for good, and continuing to learn, collaborate and lead change together. #BCorpMonth #BCorp Matthew Walkley, Cambridge Judge Business School
