Oracle just gave agentic AI the power to accelerate your business. This is the most ambitious enterprise AI launch I've seen this year. → 22 agentic applications across finance, HR, supply chain, and customer experience → AI Agent Studio lets you build your own with no code, just natural language → Not bolted on but all built directly inside of the Oracle platform Oracle is calling them Fusion Agentic Applications, which can reason, decide, and act on your behalf. → They own the outcome, not just the task → They carry context across every step of a workflow → They re-evaluate as conditions change and keep pushing forward → They only pull a human in when judgment is needed I was at Oracle AI World Tour London recently and chatted with Natalia Rachelson and Siobhan Wilson to understand the scale of adoption. Oracle already has over 1,000 AI agents running across its applications. These new 22 agentic applications are the next step in turning Fusion from a system of record into a system of outcomes. Oracle has also announced dedicated Fusion Agentic Applications for key audiences: → Finance & Supply Chain: from collections to warehouse ops to period close → Customer Experience: from service escalations to contract compliance → HR: managing the employee lifecycle with a human-agent workforce What’s interesting about the current state of enterprise AI today is that most of it is “bolted on”. A layer that sits on top of the system, disconnected from the data, the permissions, the approval chains. It completes a task and hands control back. Oracle's agentic applications inherit the entire governance framework from day one. They know what you're allowed to see, what's already been decided, and where the process stands. Oracle is the first to ship this new breed of applications at this scale. The structural advantage they have here is hard to ignore, especially given their ownership of the stack now from racks to reasoning agents. Fusion Agentic Applications are the next step.
