Top 5 Global O&M Provider, According to Wood Mackenzie. 🔝 Recurrent Energy has been ranked among the Top 5 solar O&M providers globally in Wood Mackenzie’s latest report, with 13.8 GWdc under service worldwide as of the end of 2025. Since then, our portfolio has continued to grow, and Recurrent Energy currently has approximately 15 GWdc under management globally. In 2025, our global portfolio grew by 31%, adding 3.3 GWdc, further strengthening our position across key markets. This progress reflects the strength and dedication of our global O&M teams and our commitment to delivering safe, reliable and high-performing operations around the world. A great example of this is our support for Vogatori Remuri Brindisi ASD, Brindisi’s historic rowing team. This year, the team triumphed at both the 8th Trofeo dell’Adriatico e del Mar Ionio – Meeting CSI XX Edizione and the 31st Palio dell’Arca, representing the Rione Sciabiche.🚣♂️ The Palio dell’Arca is a spectacular race using traditional fishermen’s boats known as schifarieddi. It commemorates the legend of the recovery of the relics of San Teodoro d’Amasea, the patron saint of Brindisi, in Puglia, Italy. This achievement goes far beyond sporting success. It celebrates history, tradition and the passion, perseverance, teamwork and pride that make local communities so special. Go Remuri! At Recurrent Energy, we strongly believe that collaboration is also about understanding more closely the work of the organizations we partner with. As part of our #CommunityCaRE program, our Madrid office team recently had the opportunity to visit Fundación Juan XXIII, an organization focused on promoting the social and professional inclusion of people in vulnerable situations, particularly people with intellectual disabilities and mental health conditions. During the visit, we explored their facilities and learned more about some of the services and products that form part of our day-to-day collaboration with the Foundation, gaining a better understanding of the people and processes behind them. We also took part in a hands-on workshop together with some of the people supported by the Foundation, where we created our own biospheres and shared a different and enjoyable experience. Recurrent Energy Powers Up Carwarp Energy Park in Australia Under Long-Term Microsoft PPA. ☀️ Recurrent Energy today announced that its 150MWac Carwarp Energy Park near Mildura, Victoria, Australia has reached commercial operation. The project is backed by a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) with Microsoft and strengthens Recurrent Energy’s track record of delivering and operating large-scale renewable energy projects in Australia. The asset incorporates approximately 243,000 high-efficiency Canadian Solar TOPCon modules and is expected to generate around 405 GWh of electricity annually — enough to power approximately 65,000 Australian households with renewable energy. The project also has planning and grid approvals to incorporate a hybrid 120 MW battery energy storage system (BESS), creating a clear pathway to support grid flexibility and reliability across the National Electricity Market. As part of this collaboration with Microsoft and through its Community CaRE program, Recurrent Energy has established a dedicated community benefit fund for Carwarp Energy Park. The fund will be administered in Australia by Groundswell Giving, and the Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal (FRRR). It is designed to support community-led climate and environmental initiatives in rural and metropolitan communities, connected to the project’s wider energy and infrastructure footprint, including initiatives led by First Nations communities. Recurrent Energy has secured $695 million in project financing and tax equity for its 330 MW Cobalt Solar project in Riverside County, California. ☀️ Cobalt Solar is fully permitted and under construction, with commercial operation expected by the end of 2027. The financing includes approximately $484 million in debt financing led by MUFG and Nord/LB, alongside a $211 million tax equity investment from Wells Fargo. Once operational, Cobalt Solar is expected to generate enough electricity to power the equivalent of approximately 82,000 homes annually and deliver approximately $14 million in property tax revenues for Riverside County. Connecting academic talent with real-world energy challenges. 👏 Once again, Recurrent Energy took part in the MBA part-time Milan “Smart Projects” initiative at Luiss Business School , working with part-time MBA students on a real business challenge. Our Power Market Manager, Davide Ferruzza, supported a talented group of professionals – Virginia Attisani, Ottavia Barboni, Niccolò Bertotto, Giacomo Pitton, Marika Rossetti - as they developed an entry strategy for Recurrent Energy in the downstream energy value chain, with a particular focus on the targeting and acquisition path for trading. The project showed how collaboration between academia and industry can generate fresh perspectives, practical ideas, and valuable insights for real corporate strategies. A big thank you to Luiss Business School Milan and all the participants for welcoming us back this year. Recurrent Energy reaches a new milestone in Italy with its first tolling agreement and its first co-located BESS connected in the country. ⚡ The agreement covers our 14 MW / 43 MWh BESS, co-located with the 35 MWp "Montalto La Viola" solar plant in Montalto di Castro, one of the first utility-scale co-located battery systems to enter commercial operation in the Italian market. Under the agreement, Octopus Energy will use Kraken’s AI-powered platform to optimize the battery in real time, helping maximize asset value while supporting grid flexibility and stability. This milestone reinforces Recurrent Energy’s commitment to advancing innovative technologies and solutions that enable a smarter, more flexible and resilient energy system.
