  • We’re honored to announce a $50 million community investment in Deaf Smith, Gray, and Roberts Counties, home of the Meitner and Roman Energy Centers in Texas. The funds are intended for sustained, long-term community development and civic programs across the three counties and sustained annual support for local organizations in the communities. https://lnkd.in/gnkUvUjF

  • In Texas, food insecurity impacts 1 in 5 households and 1 in 4 children. The Hereford Food Pantry is working to change that. As the primary food distribution center in Deaf Smith County, TX, it serves more than 500 families annually, helping to stem food insecurity in the local community. Recently, Intersect employees spent the day refreshing the pantry’s space to create a more welcoming environment and give its dedicated volunteers more time to focus on serving those in need. In addition to sprucing up the space, Intersect also contributed $30,000 to support the pantry’s annual operating expenses and the essential work it does every day, bringing our total support to $105,000. • A culture for everyone is a culture for no one. At Intersect, we aren’t trying to build a workplace that appeals to the masses. We are building a culture for a very specific group of people. We are looking for the outliers, the builders, and the visionaries who want to tackle the biggest, hardest challenges on the planet—not just for the sake of the challenge, but in service of a greater mission. Watch below to hear more from our CEO and Founder Sheldon Kimber about the community we are intentionally building. If this sounds like a community you’re interested in joining, check out our current openings: https://lnkd.in/g964FKxi

  • Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Roman Project open house and career fair! We loved connecting with more than 350 community members who attended to learn more about the project before we started construction. Team members from Intersect, and Blattner were on hand to: - Share project details - Answer questions - Highlight local job and small business opportunities As the project moves forward, our commitment remains the same: collaborating with the community to build a lasting, positive impact together. 🤝 Watch the recap 🎦 👇

  • Investing in the builders and innovators of tomorrow! We are thrilled to announce a $150,000 contribution to support Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs across three incredible school districts near our Quantum project! By partnering with Paint Creek ISD, Haskell CISD, and Stamford ISD, we’re helping equip students with the hands-on, career-ready skills they need to thrive. Here is a look at how the funding is making a direct impact: - Paint Creek High School: New welding equipment.   - Stamford High School: Ag shop upgrades and funding for competition travel.   - Haskell High School: College credit opportunities and competition travel. CTE programs provide practical, real-world experiences that last a lifetime. We are so proud to invest in the students, families, and the future of Haskell County!

  • Some of the most powerful ideas hide in plain sight. You just need a team empowered to find them. When Intersect was founded in 2016, we set out to build something durable: an organization defined by execution, not aspiration. We knew that fundamentally rethinking how energy projects are conceived, financed, and built required a team willing to question all the standard assumptions. Today, that commitment has paid off. We’re honored to be named one of Fast Company's 100 Best Workplaces for Innovators 2026. What does that innovation look like in practice? 🏗️ Building only the largest projects with the cleanest possible energy. ⚡ Co-locating industrial demand with fast-ramping firming sources and renewable power generation. 🔌 Combining existing modular technologies to provide the fastest, cheapest, cleanest, and most reliable energy solution for data centers. Capturing these solutions takes a culture that encourages every person, at every level, to speak up, think differently, and work together to turn great ideas into action. Congratulations to the entire Intersect team on this well-deserved recognition! Explore the full Fast Company list here: https://lnkd.in/dJJEm8K4

  • We rolled up our sleeves alongside Google and Mortenson for a day of dedicated community support at the Tralee Crisis Center in Pampa, TX. Beyond providing a $30,000 grant for new playground equipment, our teams spent the day removing an outdated playground to make room for new equipment and rebuilding bunk beds to improve housing conditions for children and families in need. Watch the video below to learn more about the vital role the Tralee Crisis Center plays in the local Gray and Roberts communities. 🎬👇
